Prefabrication of steel components
Prefabrication and assembly of steel components on the steel platform should be carried out according to the installation sequence and process requirements, to ensure the quality of welding production.
The spacing between the flange plate splicing joint and the web plate splicing joint of the section steel should be greater than 200 mm. The splicing length of the flange plate should not be less than 2 times the plate width; The width of web splicing should not be less than 300mm, and the length should not be less than 600mm.
For the convenience of welding and to ensure welding quality, the reinforcing ribs, connecting plates, base plates, and cantilever beams on the columns and beams should be assembled and welded on the ground steel platform according to the construction drawing dimensions as much as possible.
The prefabricated steel components on the steel platform should not only be manufactured and assembled according to the construction drawings and specifications but also consider the process of on-site installation and changes in installation dimensions.
